The “Light-Bearer” is Rising

Standard

Spire Placed Atop One World Trade Center

A 408-foot spire is set into place at the top of One World Trade Center seen from Jersey City, N.J., Friday.

One World Trade Center has reached its peak.

More than a decade after the tower was first planned, construction workers hoisted the final piece on the glassy skyscraper’s 408-foot mast into place Friday morning, reaching a symbolic 1,776 feet above the ground in Lower Manhattan.

The installation of the final vertical piece — a bright beacon that is designed to shine beams of light well into New Jersey and Long Island — is a notable milestone for what is perhaps the country’s most notable construction project. The $3.9 billion office tower is the signature building in the redeveloped World Trade Center, although its rise by the footprints of the initial World Trade Center towers has been a lengthy one.

Today, it appears from a distance to increasingly resemble a finished office tower. Glass nearly coats the entire building, and even some interior high-speed elevators zip workers up and down.

But full completion isn’t all that near. The 104-story tower’s builders, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, are expecting to complete their work in early 2014 [...]

Note: *The pieces of the spire were shipped down, in 9 sections, delivered via barge from Quebec.  Brings to mind some Biblical imagery.  Birth. Moses-the deliverer of the Jews, Noah’s family in the ark.  Also some occult images.

Satan’s given name is Lucifer, which means “light-bearer”.  Most Christians agree that the destruction of the original World Trade Center on 9/11 was a warning to America that we were headed for judgment.  Behghazi, too, happened on 9/11, like a faint echo.  Not nearly as many people died, but the outrage is equally intense, now that fewer people accept the “official narratives” without a substantial dose of skepticism.

There has been no real fanfare surrounding this “crowning” of the World Trade Center today.  It’s address is 6 World Trade Center.  Six is the number of man.  Of course the contention is that the 1776 height is symbolic of the founding of America, but there is always an esoteric meaning behind these things. Note the  MDCCLXXVI at the bottom of the pyramid.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

(Source for this narrative on 1776)*

1776

MDC = 1600 MDCCLXXVI thus contains:

CLX = 160 3 — 1′s 3 — 6′s

XVI = 16 3 — 0′s or 10′s 3 — 7′s

And, of course, 3 x 7 = 21 a very magic number. The year, 1776, when added, totals 21 also, making 1776 a very powerful magical year. But, when you divide 21 by three, you get three groups of 7, i.e., 7 + 7 + 7.

MEANINGS OF NUMBERS DEFINED

# 1 = Beginning

# 6 = Man

# 7 = God

# 8 = The New Beginning

# 10 or 0 = Testimony

# 21 = Exceeding Sinfulness of Sin

THE OCCULT BELIEF IN POWER OF NUMBERS

AND THE DERIVED MESSAGE OF GEMATRIA

As we have previously studied, occultists worship the power they believe is contained within numbers. They further believe extra power can be obtained by the practice of Gematria. The New Age Dictionary defines Gematria as “the art of interpreting the names and attributes of God by letter and number. A=1; B=2, etc.” In the instance below, certain powerful numbers are deliberately created to contain the New World Order message that the Illuminati wanted to secretly convey to Initiates in every age. Watch carefully as we decode the numbers of the date MDCCLXXVI and enlighten you as to the intended occult meaning. It is the core attribute of the New World Order.

The Gematria hidden within these numbers contain a very shocking message; yet, it is the core message of the entire New World Order Plan. The literal meaning of the message is presented below, followed by the more understandable translation.

Since we have triplicities of three (3) Beginnings, of Man, of God, of testimonies, followed by the magic number of 21 (3 x 7), here is the occult message:

“The year, 1776, is the Beginning year in which man is placed

above God through exceeding sinfulness of sin.

This is the testimony of the Masters of the Illuminati.”

When you add the numbers above together, leaving out the zeros, you have 48 (6 x 8).

“Man (represented by # 6) is going to create his own new

Beginning (represented by # 8).

One of the “cool” features of this building is the bright light on the top which can be viewed from a great distance away, and peaks above the clouds.

The Light-bearer, Lucifer, has convinced mankind to aspire, just as he does, to ascend into heaven,  to exalt his throne above the stars of God: to will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

What is this place called “the sides of the north”?

Psalm 48:1-2
Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised In the city of our God, In His holy mountain.

Beautiful in elevation, The joy of the whole earth, Is Mount Zion [on] the sides of the north, The city of the great King.

Lucifer, in his arrogance, and the world leaders in theirs, believe their time to “ascend” is almost here.  That is the symbolism behind this raising of the Freedom Tower spire.

There are a lot of things “coincidentally” converging, are there not?

New Agers are looking for their Mitriaya/paradigm shift, age of Aquarius, Muslims are looking for their Mahdi, Masons/Illuminati/Bildebergers are looking for their New World Order, and Israel has become the burdensome stone for all the world at the center of a coming World War that just so happens to coincide with predictions of economic collapse of proportions that will exceed that of the Great Depression.   I’m looking for my Messiah Jesus.  Who are you looking for?  Because there is someone else coming.  The Bible calls him many names, and says many will be fooled by him.

Here is a portion of a post written by Jospeh Herrin called “Babylon Rising” on Parablesblog on 3/4/12

This spire also resembles a great horn, as of a unicorn. This is also by design. Horns throughout the Bible are used as symbols of power and authority.

Psalms 92:10
But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn…

It is significant that the spire resembles the horn of a unicorn. Of all land animals, the unicorn alone is known to have only a single horn. Satan is declaring that he will share his power with no one. He alone will be the master (Baal) of the world. As this building moves closer to completion, Satan is declaring that the hour is near at hand for his horn to be exalted above all mankind. As John testified in Revelation, “the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; they worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast.” Satan is the dragon.

Revelation 20:2
And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan…

The Scriptures testify that Satan will exalt himself in this last hour as the ruler of the world. All mankind will be brought under his dominion in political, financial, and religious realms. In this same passage we read that “There was given to him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies…” The spire, and the roof of One World Trade Center, will be brimming with television broadcast antennas. This is the mouth of the Beast, and the Beast is the pawn of Satan.

It is obvious that One World Trade Center has incorporated into its design the shape of a pyramid. Satan is testifying that the long awaited fulfillment of the design found on the Great Seal of America is at hand. His kingdom is rising. His rule over the earth through his chosen emissaries is at hand. Note the numerous pyramids evident in the design of the tower.

Bohemian Grove has its giant Owl (idol) that attendees dance around.  Owls see in the dark (see things we cannot see i.e. “esoteric”.  They are a symbol of “wisdom”, but they are a bird of prey.  The demon goddess Lilith was represented as an owl. Lilith features prominantly in the writings of Aleister Crowley, the famous satanist.  Lilith is also described as a winged serpent who murders infants.

The new Trade Center has it’s Oak Groves and the Freedom tower with it’s spire, are the idol at it’s center.

Whenever Ancient Israel fell away in their faithfulness to the Lord, God would put them under the rule of an evil king who re-instated idolatry.  Then a Godly king would tear down the groves and destroy the idols and restore temple rites and sacrifices and the priesthood.

Though Christian men initiated the “great experiment” known to the world as America, on the basis of religious freedom, with inalienable rights endowed by our Creator, there clearly has been a corresponding “occult” esoteric, hidden element all along.  What evil men and Satan mean for evil, God uses for good.  Real Christians practiced genuine Christianity and even non-believers respected them and their beliefs.  America sent out missionaries to take the gospel all over the globe.  But always Satan and his armies, both spiritual and fleshly, have worked on an opposing agenda.

We can look at something like this raising of the Freedom Tower Spire, and see the occult elements in the design, as well as in ceremonies that have taken place there.  How does the devil pull that off, you may wonder?

The Bible says, if you are not a child of God (born-again, washed in the blood) then you are a child of the devil.  Whether you “decided to be” or not, you just are.  You may believe that your intellect, your talent, even your success, is self-made.  But your inspiration is from Satan.  He will gladly prosper you to keep you out of Heaven.  Ask Beyonce about Sasha Fierce.  “Something else just comes over me and takes over”, Beyonce has said.   Many actors and actresses have made that statement.  So did the 13 year old boy who murdered (and tried to rape) his mother because she took away his video games.  Blame it on pharmaceuticals or the violence in those games, but I say it’s something else, which merely uses the pharmaceuticals, the video games, whatever works-to lead people and persuade people to do these horrific things.  Unregenerated (not born-again) man is depraved and evil, and capable of pretty horrific acts, but Satan and the demons take particular pleasure in throwing fuel on the fire and maximizing that evil within.

Obama has gone out of his way to praise and glorify two things God hates the most.  For a man to lie with another man, is an abomination, and for anyone to harm any of the “least of these” (children) it is better that a millstone is tied around his neck and he is drowned.  Homosexuality and Abortion.  When Obama invoked gods blessing on the abortion industry, it was not the God of Abraham he was praying to.  But you can rest assured the God of Abraham heard him.

America is not mentioned in Bible prophecy.  I believe there will be a fall.  But it probably won’t be like many think.  I believe something will rise up out of “the ashes”, a new Babylon, wherein the spirit of Rome is alive and well.  It won’t be America any longer, and it will likely be a conglomerate of all of the North American continent.  This sounds like something that would take a long time.  But because plans are already in place, I think it could happen very quickly.  There is also the speculation that all of that untapped oil in America would play a part.  Things keep accelerating.  We can do certain things infinitely faster today than 20 years ago.  Like send mail, now that its’ done electronically.  Knowledge and technology has, by some estimations, doubled in the past ten years, and is now doubling every 18 months.  Soon it will be every 2 months.  Wouldn’t take long for our world to radically change at that rate, would it?

I don’t know how much time is left.  I’m prepared to be amazed, though.  Either way, by the rapture, or by the changes, (and then the rapture).  Jesus has paid my fare on that ride already.  How about you?

Why, then?

Standard

Why would I post a video by a guy like Jonathan Kleck on my Christian news blog?

Does it not have the potential to perpetuate spiritual confusion?

As a matter of fact, his video is a perfect illustration of a phenomenon that has permeated the church of today.  The seeds of it lie in what some folks call “easy-believism”.  Some pastors whom God has seen fit to deliver from it, will tell you they were instrumental in bringing it about because they bought into the evangelical fervor and decisional regeneration ideology.  That is the cleverly crafted deception that a pastor or even church members can “add to the church” through saleseman-type methods of persuasion that result in “decisions for Christ” baptisms, and new church members, but not necessarily salvation.  This goes to the very root of why I chafe against the church leaders who admonish “smile, come on, we’re Christians, we should be smiling.  We have every reason to be happy”.  This gets to the crux, the heart of what, to me, is a very serious and troubling issue in the church.

The Jonathan Klecks of the church are much like the neglected and abused children in secular America,  who are the final product when human nature, left to its own devices, has its own way, without regard for spiritual law and the corresponding consequences of violating them.  Kids born out-of-wedlock.  Kids in broken and re-blended families.  “Latchkey kids of single parents who “raise themselves” while Mom or Dad work, or party, or date.  When I say spiritual law, I mean “the way it actually is” versus the way we would have it to be if we were in charge.  Which we are not.  The absolutes, as opposed to moral and spiritual relativism.  Spiritually speaking, there is a lot of negligence and spiritual abuse taking place in churches today, resulting in spiritually damaged (and therefore dangerous) people.  The saying that damaged people go on to damage other people holds true in the spiritual realm just as in the physical.

Perceptions do not create reality!  That is not how it works.

So when a church implements a new “plan” for bringing in new members (membership drive), doing so does not change the spiritual law that it is ONLY the Holy Spirit which convicts man, along with his God-given awareness of God’s law (called the conscience), and only if that man defers to the conviction, defers to and agrees with  the Spirit’s indictment of that man’s guilt and sinfulness, and if the response is one of sorrow, regret, repentance, only then does the Holy Spirit do a work of regeneration in that heart that it is willing to be changed.  The result of this is a born-again (regenerated) Christian.  A whole new creature! Not a bad man, fixed up and made “better”.

But the Jonathan Klecks of the church have not been to that place where Salvation can take place because they have been sold a “bill of goods” that is completely bogus and counterfeit, by preachers with a desire to boast in their powers of persuasion and build their cash-flow by sheer numbers, and also by their “deputized emissaries” or disciples trained to go out and “recruit” others.  The mentality, whether formed in those with intent to deceive, or sown in those who are gullible and sincere (full of zeal but devoid of knowledge Romans 10: 1-3) is spiritual poison.

This falsehood that being saved is a simple matter of “accepting Jesus into your heart and life” is satan’s Pièce de résistance!  Words are a funny thing.  I have a little bit of an issue with that phrase, “accepting Jesus”.  Words do have meaning.  What we must actually “accept” when we are saved, is the fact that we are hopeless sinners whose best “goodness” is like filthy rags as compared to God’s standard of “good” which is called righteousness.  In being saved we accept that all the good we could ever do, can never erase the sins we have committed, and that God, Who is actually in charge and Whose justice is perfect, requires shedding of blood for remission of sin.  We are accepting that even our own blood,(being tainted) would not suffice in satisfying that sin-debt, and also it is accepting that what God’s Word says is true, that Jesus, Who is infinite in His being, Who is perfect and sinless, died to satisfy that penalty for your sin, my sin, all sin, infinitely!  What you “accept” is the free gift of God’s grace in applying Jesus’ blood sacrifice in payment for, and as atonement of your guilt.  If you do not accept that, then you remain lost in your sin.  It is justification which you are accepting.  An act on God’s part, wherein He renders and declares you acceptable in His sight, based on the sacrificial death of His own Son in your place. You also are accepting of the fact that Jesus did not die and stay dead, but rose up alive again on the third day, conquering death itself.  So you see, it is not so easy as simply believing (in the same sense satan believes), or embracing and playing at the periphery of churchianity, adopting some of the practices, positions, posturings, and lingo.  This is what Kleck seems to have done.

Someone like Jonathan Kleck, is actually more like the third-generation-offspring of easy-believism.

The first generation probably got “converted” under the likes of Billy Graham.  Who preached enough of the gospel for people to be convicted, only to pull a bit of a bait and switch when they came “to the altar” to be counseled.  They were led to repeat a prayer, and then given assurances that if they had done that, they were now “right with God”.  Their names were recorded and tallied as “decisions for Christ” and they were given a card, with blanks filled in, that said on such-and-such date, at such-and-such time, Mr. (fill-in-the-blank-with-name) ”gave his heart to Jesus”  and then they were admonished that if “satan” ever tried to convince them that they weren’t saved, then they were to pull out that card and remind that old devil what was what.  On the part of the Billy Graham crusade, that same card represented a “notch in the belt”, adding to the “numbers”, but not necessarily adding new souls to the number of the church.

Well, that “new convert” went out as advised, with no further discipling, and found a church that “felt right”, and either (a.) heard a different gospel (the true gospel), felt concern that he might not be saved after all, but then remembered what the counselor at the “altar” at the Billy Graham Crusade told him, and dismissed it as just satan trying to steal his joy, and eventually his conscience became seared and immune to Holy Spirit conviction, or (b.) heard more of the same “I’m okay, you’re okay” it’s great to be a Christian, but don’t judge, don’t cram it down anyones throat, live and let live” tripe.

Either way, the result was usually a “false conversion” which served to make the person think they were saved when quite likely they weren’t, and b)  to effectively inoculate him from ever seeing a need to revisit or re-examine the question of his salvation.  This is not scriptural.  The Bible is clear that we are to always examine, to work out our salvation in fear and trembling.  Make it sure.  (Philippians 2:12).

The second generation that would result from the easy-believism, would be the “worldly Christian” (a.k.a. “nominal christian”).  People who heard this watered down version of “the gospel” which required nothing at all on their part but which promised a “better life”, which is highly subjective and experiential in nature. This is the new “selling point in the absence of any other motivating factor, since guilt and hell seemed to have become irrelevent and no longer a consideration, the “disciples” of this church could only sell “the wonderful life” and a “god who would fill the holes in your heart”.  Very “me-centered”!

Many people signed on for christianity that way, only to find that when they started living according to what they were reading in their Bible, rather than a better life, thier life got more complicated by principles and by the ridicule of their friends, and so in disgust, a lot of folks who came into the church under that banner, walked right back out into the world, feeling they had “tried that christianity thing” and not interested in ever trying it again (inoculated).  Many of those who remained in the church, grew more and more laden under the burden and effort of “being good” and maintaining their “salvation” through their own efforts, with a growing sense of natural resentment at the lack of any immediate gratification, in the face of their expected entitlement, because they were led to believe if they had “kept themselves” they could expect certain things from the Lord.  Out of that mindset was born the prosperity Gospel, the Word-of-faith gospel, this idea that their badge of “Christianity” empowered them with the very power of God, leading folks to believe they could control everything from the weather, to satan, to God Himself.

In every instance, these successive “generations” were just reverting back to the oldest delusion there ever was, that being that God comes to us begging, able to be bartered with, and deals with us on our terms.  It is what satan used on Eve in the garden.  “Thou shall not surely die, God just doesn’t want you to have what He has, there is more to be had, secrets to know, and it’s all yours for the reaching out and taking”.

Over time, these successively misguided generations of the church, being built on shifting sands of tickling doctrines whispered in the ears, rather than those recorded in the Gospels and the Epistles (and the entire BIBLE) and those folks became more and more susceptible and gullible.  (My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Hosea 4;6). Through un-scriptural practices more and more of these false spirits and doctrines are making their way into the church.  We are not to just “do anything we want and call it church”.  The Bible gives us examples based upon the early church.  Now,  all the while, the true Word was probably still mixed in there, and it was spoken, and preached, but to unregenerate hearts, it was foolishness, and to seared and hardened consciences it may as well have been silence.  They couldn’t understand the Word, so they just listened to what the man in the pulpit told them.  More and more the man in the pulpit made claims of being a present-day apostle,  touting “hidden meanings” that he was “specially anointed to understand, or private revelations.  Do you realize this is the very doctrine of the Nicolaitans  –”that thing which God hates” (Revelation 2:15).  The word means “to subdue the laity”.  The early Roman Catholic church perfected this false doctrine, and with the Latin Bible only the priests could even read God’s word.  Thus the people learned to revere the words of the priest above the Word of God itself.  They believed it when the priest told them that they need appeal to Mary and the saints in order to find favor with God.  I personally feel it is the same “spirit” which has so many convinced that the Bible is riddled with error, and that is particularly disdainful of the King James Bible.

Now, not everyone in these generations of churches was unsaved.  An unsaved man, standing in the pulpit, using just enough truth of scripture to “get by”, can actually still result in salvation in a heart and conscience which are tender.  But only because God said His Word shall not return unto Him void.  The Word is living and powerful, sharper than a two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit.  It is profitable for rebuke and correction.  It is the power of the Word itself, the truth contained therein, that resonates with the “law written in man’s heart” (Romans 2:15), and with the double witness of conscience and the Holy Spirit, the eyes of the unbeliever can be opened to recognize truth, be convicted, can repent and be saved, based upon whatever content of the message is based in truth.

What this results in,then, is tares growing among the wheat/ wheat growing among tares.  (Matthew 13: 24-30)  The separation of the two will be addressed by Jesus Himself, at the proper time.  (Matthew  3:12)

Now, in yesterday’s post, the link to a video about Jonathan Kleck, contained audio iin which Kleck himself claimed to be the spirit of a fallen angel.  In the first video he claimed to have had an encounter with an angel which he claimed resulted in his salvation. That is not how God works.

This blog is written from a Christian perspective geared toward those who are interested in understanding the times that we are living in, and the scriptural significance of all that is taking place. That presumes a certain degree of Scriptural familiarity and knowledge on the part of the majority of the readers of this blog, thus I  don’t  generally do a whole lot of explaining/disclaiming in individual posts.  I do realize that many people land on my blog based on a topical search, a one-time exposure without context of the entire blog, however, I figure if they decide it’s worth coming back, they’ll eventually get the big picture.  So, having said all that, I’ll get back on point.

This world has never been quite at the place where we find ourselves today.  It occurred to me as I was covering a lot of the material I’d found on the net about what I am calling the “Messianic mystique” that surrounds Obama, that truly, in the history of the entire world, there truly has never been another historical figure like Barack Obama.  By that, I mean one with such universal appeal.  One with such notoriety.  The only others that come to mind as historical figures go, are Jesus, and Hitler.   When Hitler was rising to power, he was just as popular as Obama.  He wasn’t seen for the “evil incarnate” that he was, until viewed in the rear-view mirror of hindsight and history.  That Obama should be written about in terms which cast him into the same realm of history as Jesus, certainly indicates a readiness on the part of the world, to embrace a single (and singular) world leader.

Be it love or hate, just about anyone in the world, if you were to ask their opinion, has very strong feelings and opinions about this man, Obama.  I have read many blog posts written by people in other nations, touching upon Obama,  and found that they demonstrate a sense of investment and “ownership” in this man who is America’s president.  They really do view him as their own.  The fact being, much of what Obama decides and does here, actually does affect them in some way.  I guess it is hard for those of us who are Americans, to truly grasp the magnitude of the sentiment that the President of America is the leader of the free world.

So what place does a video such as Klecks on the subject of Obama  have on this particular blog which is meant to glorify God, not make a mockery of the Christian faith?  The value of the Kleck video was not in his spritual perspective or commentary, but in what it says about Obama and the adulation (and speculation) that swirls around him.  Further, it sheds light on what passes for discernment/enlightenment/spiritual understanding these days.

For the record, God does not look kindly nor turn a blind eye upon those who turn the grace of God into lasciviousness.  (Jude 1:4) The Greek term behind the word lascivious, is aselgeia, meaning filthiness, or wantonness.  It is a sinful heart, manifested in fleshly words and deeds.  When we are cleansed by the blood of Jesus, we are made clean and pure in God’s sight, and therefore if we revert to re-embrace wicked ways of speaking and behaving, we trade that grace, bought at the high price of the shedding of Christ’s own blood, for filth once again.  Kleck demonstrates that very behavior at the end of his video, taking God’s name in vain, and using expletives, and of course his methodology in regards to receiving spiritual guidance, is in NO WAY scriptural.  Thus the fellow who made the video about Kleck, had weighed Kleck’s “theology” using real discernment which was  based in solid scriptural truth.  Not “feelings”, not “signs” and “tests” and “fleeces”.  People with discernment will recognize that for what it is, meanwhile, some of the content in these videos bring things to light which have been intentionally scrubbed or omitted in any mainstream coverage.

As I have expressed in the past,  for the purposes of this blog, I feel that often even the most “far-out-there” articles and sites have some insight to offer in the way of perspective, if only to show us that such  perspectives exist, and how prevalent and just how extreme they can be.  My comments such as “is he hearing deceptions from devils or revelation from God?” Are meant to encourage people to consider these things for themselves. A flag, of sorts, minus outright pronouncements.  That is because I know that one of the gravest dangers of churchianity today, is that people don’t want to engage the mind God gave them.  They WANT to be told what things mean, and what to believe.   When it comes to deep things, most minds these days are pretty lazy.  They mostly just want a person “with skin on” who understands “dark sentences” and will tell them what it all means. But it’s not just that.  There has been an intentional effort in the spiritual realm, to muddle the message.  Words have become so very vague, relative.  If meaning is fluid, there can be no such thing as absolute truth.  (Ding-ding-ding-ding) BINGO!

That is precisely the “paradigm” satan has been going for, and working toward in the church all along!

Folks, God doesn’t mumble!  The Bible is plain to those who want the truth, and if the gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost.  (2 Corinthians 4:3)

Frankly, I think that particular video of Klecks demonstrates better than any words that I could ever write, just how a one-world religion is completely attainable now.

I remember about a decade or so ago, how it seemed the most unlikely of people would often say something like “have a blessed day”, or express an interest in spiritual things, couch a situation in spiritual terms, and it gave me pause, even seemed good, like they were open and interested in “spritual things”.  Only I’d discover when I brought it around to scripture,  that their beliefs were more or less a hodgepodge, cafeteria style “faith”, a little mysticism, a little Bible, a little Confucius;  a “higher power”.

In other words; a form of Godliness that denies the power thereof.  2 Timothy 3: 1-5 tells us all we need to know about those who practice this brand of “faith”. To them  god is whatever you want him to be, he is in you, you are him, i.e. anything goes!

Heck, yeah, now that’s a church that is gonna be packed out every time the doors are open.  A cool praise band that rocks, and throws back a beer or two with the pastor on Saturday night after practice.   Yes, people are interested in spiritual things, just so long as they don’t encroach upon their freedom to do as they please.  Just not truth.  Not “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no man cometh unto the Father but by Me”.  (John 14:6)  It goes back to wheat and tares.  Are you praying to be found worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass? (Luke 21:36)

What needs to be said and understood is this:  There are only two types of spirits.

There is God, his holy angels, and born-again (regenerated) followers of Jesus THE Christ (the one and only anointed Messiah)

And then there is Satan, and his fallen angels (also known as demons or devils) and everyone else. (Because he who is NOT a born-again follower of Jesus The Christ, is a follower of his father the devil  (John 8:44).

There are no “neutral” spirits.  No ghosts wandering the earth, trapped between two dimensions, no “harmless spirit guides with greater secret wisdom to dispense”looking to enlighten you for your own benefit and edification.

Mr. Kleck testifies of meeting an angel, of being chosen, of being a spokesperson for God.

Joseph Smith encountered an angel, and the result was the false religion called “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints” or Mormanism.  Aleister Crowley was contacted by a “holy guardian angel” and the result was the false mystical religious philosophy called Thelema.  Alice Bialey was an evangelist with the YMCA who married an Episcopalian priest, but then discovered the teachings of Helena Blavatsky, who taught about “spirit guides” whom she claimed dictated to her “the wisdom of the ages”.  Bailey left her “christianity” behind to follow these Theosophist teachings, and before long she began to hear from a spirit she called Djwhal Khul, whom she referred to as a “descended master”, whom she furthermore believed to be part of a group of “masters of the ancient wisdom” who themselves worked under the guidance of one “Maitreya” (a false christ-  “Christ” is not a name, it is a title, and is reserved for the King of Kings, God the Son).

One of the principles of Theosophy is the “Law of Attraction”, and by now some of you may recognize that this school of teaching is what underlies a belief system that has come to be known as the “New Age” movement.

Now.  Here is where the discussion of the wayward church, meets and joins up with these blatant false religions.  The Purpose Driven Church movement is nothing less than a repackaging of the “Law of Attraction” dressed up and “christianized”.

The word-faith movement is nothing less than this “Law of Attraction” having been adopted and adapted and sanctioned by church leadership.  Alice Bailey taught that your beliefs are an actual “force”.  The word-faith church teaches the same thing.  Say it, do it, claim it, receive it (if it is good, and something you want), and if it isn’t, the rebuke it! Visualizing things into existence or speaking them into existence is an OCCULT practice, as are “clearing the mind and listening into the silence” to hear wisdom.  The likes of Beth Moore teaches the same “listening prayer” and law of attraction principles that were taught and practiced by Alice Bailey.  Same with Joyce Myers, as well as Sarah Young whose “Jesus Calling” was a top seller this Christmas, and is nothing more than her having sessions of “listening prayer” and taking a supposed cosmic “dictation” from God.  Bible studies these days have much less to do with the Bible and much more to do with the latest “christian best seller”.  (“Courageous” anyone? Studying the actual Bible is just so passé  ).  Money that used to support real missionaries now is making these “christian celebrities” into millionaires.

I write about this today because my heart breaks over the prevalence of apostacy in the church.  My spirit is weary of the constant walking on eggshells that has resulted from the loss of any recognition of universal absolutes we once could count on, that once served as  reference points.  It is a foggy and darkened world, now, where even best friends who thought they knew one another, can find themselves at odds one with another due to this disintegration of the ability to communicate meaningfully and definitively. It always did require effort for people to understand one anther, but now we live in the era of paranoia, characterized by the one thing that still remains certain, and that is, the uncertainty of it all.  God gives us what we want a lot of times.  The people of the world have spoken.  The leaders of the world have announced the consensus.  Even in the church. The direct line to Christ wasn’t good enough for these.  They wanted the guy who had the secret knowledge, the private revelation, the more appealing interpretation.  “Give us a king that he may rule over us”.  And a king they shall have.

And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

J- L  I would appreciate your specific prayer cover as I post on this topic as the Lord continues to lead me to these resources.  I get a sense the time is at hand and this is coming upon this world very soon.

Russ Dizdar, a Christian, has delivered hundreds of people from demonic possession. Russ maintains it is just one aspect of the complete ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ. He feels that it is essential that all Christians should be fully trained in the Body Of Christ thus enabling them to be equipped for the “Black Awakening” – which is almost upon God’s people.
Over the past thirty years he has become an expert on Multiple Personality Disorder [MPD] or Dissociative Identity Disorder [DID], Satanic Ritual Abuse, and MKUltra type mind control [sometimes called Trauma Based Mind Control]
Due to his experience working with the victims and perpetrators of “Cult Crime” he has discovered a “hidden underground” that most people could never imagine exists. These “Chosen Ones” are planning for something they term “The Black Awakening”.
Russ and his team at http://shatterthedarkness.net [his ministry website], are seeking to do whatever they can to heal those involved. They attempt to rescue victims, expose and bring to justice the perpetrators of these crimes. Ultimately through prayer and deliverance his team educate victims about the POWER, AUTHORITY and ABSOLUTE LOVE of the KING of all kings, Jesus Christ.

After viewing the above video, here is an audio program on BlogTalkRadio by Rus Dizdar explaining this “Black Awakening”.  Hear it HERE

I have often posted Pastor Mike Hoggard’s videos on this blog.  They are long, and it is hard to sit through them sometims but that is only because he is very careful to support everything he says directly out of scripture.  He has made many videos on the subject of this conspiracy of satan to altar human DNA.  You can search him in any search engine and find his videos in several locations across the web.  There are people who don’t like him because he calls out the popular TV preachers who are treading in these questionable areas of falsehood within the church, including this “channeling” or “listening prayer”.   This is serious!  This deception is going to wash over the earth like a flood, and it’s coming soon, and many christians may even become very confused by these things if you are not willing to consider that people like Mike Hoggard are not just speaking out of a judgmental attitude, but in fact he has sought the Lord on these things and applied himself to searching the scriptures.  God has revealed these things to these men for such a time as this.               http://theblackawakening.com/

An interest in Aliens, some time in th New Age Movement, then he meets Christ, becomes born again, and God then takes all those experiences from his past and shows him the truth, and enables him to speak with the authority of his first-hand experience in leading others to know the truth.  This is important stuff for our time because the demonic realm is increasingly mingling with our own physical dimension now and will continue to do so as things progress into the Tribulation!

Testimony Part III, the conclusion

Standard

Read Part I HERE ,    Part II Here

After all the heartbreak, the  shuffling and break down in churches we had experienced, I pretty much pulled aside and with much deliberation, mentally reviewed  everything I had ever heard or been taught in church.  I just began pulling it out “piece by piece” and asking, ”Lord, please show me the truth about this”, then going to scripture to search it out.  At the same time,  I also entered into on a period of fasting and prayer.  It was a little like Jacob wrestling the angel.  I needed some answers!  I experienced a great personal revival during that time, and the Lord began to really open up the scriptures to me.  It was early 2009 and our Nation was hitting the skids big-time;  that combined with the issues of the church, drove me to prayer in a way nothing ever had before, though prayer has always been a mainstay for me, especially after becoming a mom.

I love my country, and I love my God. One of the first things I discovered in examining my belief system, was that I had the two of those out of proper order.  I had more passion and ardor and was much more outspoken on political issues than the things of the Lord, and nearly equally well-versed in either.  So there was some repentance in order.   I asked the Lord to instill an insatiable hunger for the Word in me, and He did.  He also showed me that you can’t approach scripture expecting to figure it out via the intellect.  The Word is spiritually discerned.  The searching and prayer and (modified) fasting went on for several weeks, and stretched into months (fasting intermittant).   I ended up discarding some stuff I found was not actually supported in scripture, and most importantly, learning what it means to live a life filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit.   I also got a not-so-fun-course in what does NOT constitute being filled with the spirit.  There is a whole lot of that going around in the church, and we need discernment and knowledge of the Word in order to recognize and steer clear of it.

Coinciding with this season of prayer, was our 7th church.  We landed in a non-denominational church, not too far from home, and the whole family became very much involved right from the beginning.  People were  friendly and there was a relaxed camaraderie there.  This church had a praise band, like so many others do these days, but also did the old hymns and our family helped with technical aspects of music, sound and projection.  As the early weeks passed, and we gradually met everyone personally, there were two things that did trouble me.  One was that I began to feel very disconcerted in my spirit during the praise team portion of the music, and particularly when the leader of the praise team would speak.  The other was, there was one individual whom, when he introduced himself to me, just as he reached to shake my hand, I distinctly discerned a warning (? for lack of a better word to express it) in my spirit which startled me a bit.  It was this: “Beware of that one, he is an imposter”.

Now, I have to digress just a bit here, and say this.  I was raised with a very healthy dose of respect, nay even fear, of dabbling in anything even close to  psychic phenomenon or the occult.  I never played around with that stuff, though being a kid in the 70′s,  knew kids who had.  I did enjoy the TV show “Bewitched”, like most kids back then.  (That was the devil’s way, via his agent Hollywood, of desensitizing our generation in preparation for introducing Harry Potter to our kids).

When I was about 13, I experienced the first of what would be several instances wherein I would “know” something just before it took place.  It wasn’t a daily or constant thing, but happened a significant enough number of times to be considered a fairly “regular” occurence over the years. Here are some examples, and I give them not to glorify this in any way, but want to give enough for you to get a feel for what I experienced.

When I was in the 8th grade, my Grandparents on my Mom’s side, came down from West Virginia to stay with us a couple of days so that my grandfather could go to the Vetaran’s Administration Hospital and have some tests done.  I did not even know about the reason that they had come.  I just thought it was a visit.  When I left for school in the morning, (Jr. High was within walking distance), I remember having the oddest “thought” occur to me.  It was just suddenly there,  apropos of nothing, “Pawpaw is dead”.  It did not scare me, and I did not dwell on it.  I didn’t think, “I wonder if it’s true”.  It was a very matter-of-fact “knowing” of something that I really had no way of knowing.  When the school day was over, the friend I always walked to and from school with, happened to have an older brother that missed school that day.  He came up on his bike, and pulled the friend aside to tell her something in low tones in her ear, then left.   She didn’t say anything at first, we just continued to walk quietly along toward home, but I guess she started to feel a little guilty about knowing what her brother had told her, so she just blurted it out.  “Your grandpa died today.  He had a heart attack.  Mack heard the ambulance and went over there and saw them take him away”.  (Which did happen)

My response was “I know”!

I probably would not have remembered this, except that I kept a journal.  I still have it.

There was an incident next, while I was on a mission trip at age 15, but I have shared it on my blog before, so I’ll give a condensed version.  A group of us teens were on kitchen duty when one kid lost his grip on an army-sized pot of boiled noodles as he took them off the stove to strain off the water, and scalding water and sticky hot noodles poured all down his body.  Uncharacteristically there were none of the 6 leaders around.  Apparently by a fluke of miscommunication,  they had all left the building at the same time.  I, with zero first aid training and not normally assertive, took charge and started delegating.  “You and you, find leaders, you two guys take Pete (the injured) into the guys area and help him strip out of his clothes very carefully and wrap up in a towel, you two girls run upstairs to the apartment of the resident missionary and fill his tub with cold water, then you guys help Pete up there to get him submerged.  By the time they did so, leaders had been located, Pete went to the E. R. (we were in Scotland), the burns were only minor and the doctor was sort of amazed, stating that it was only because we had gotten him into the cold water to draw out the burn and cut short the reaction.  He wondered how I knew what to do.  I hadn’t!

The next incident was six years later.  This time I was at Grandma’s house in West Virginia, (only this time my grandma on my Dad’s side).  My friend June was visiting with me from PA.  We went for a long walk out the narrow road from Grandma’splace, to the old church and cemetery.  I guess it was a pretty long walk, and we took our time, picking wildflowers by the side of the road and enjoying the views out over the pastures and hills.  Before we knew it, the sun was starting towards setting, and my friend, not as long of leg as me and probably growing tired, asked, “are we going to make it back to the house before it gets dark?”  Without any conscious thought I said “my mom’s coming to get us”.  She gave me a funny look, and just then, we both saw the old Country Squire Station Wagon crest the most distant hill, headed toward us. She turned and said…”how did you know?”.  I just shrugged.  I didn’t know how I knew.

The next incident was in a car with a friend, we were coming around a blind turn, and I said “watch out, there is a police car right around the corner”.  There was, but there was no way for me to have known it, as we came around a 45 degree turn, around a solid brick church building sitting right on the very corner.   Once I was at a State Park, entering the women’s rest room, and just as I put my hand on the door to push it open, this thought popped into my mind ”there’s a man in there”.  I wasn’t startled that this “thought” that seemed to spontaneously originate from somewhere other than my own mind, was suddenly in there.   I simply ”knew it” with such certainty that I was flustered already, when the door suddenly swung  inward and a 30-ish man about the same height as me, nearly knocked me down as he exited.  His eyes got big as he sort of leapt backward, swung his head toward the door, and recognized he had gone into the wrong bathroom.  He turned pink and mumbled, “oh, excuse me” and rushed past me.

I  don’t want to glorify this in any way, and will give you my thoughts on why this happens to me, later on.  If I had to put a number on how many times in my 48 years that something like this happened, I would “ball-park” a number near a hundred.  Though I was never disturbed by these things, (it was as natural as breathing) I didn’t understand them, and I never told anyone until only a few years ago when I told my husband.  That was in the midst of the spiritual warfare I got into at Church #7.  What happened there was a beginning point for understanding God’s purpose for the phenomenon.

The pastor at Church #7 one day stated that he felt the Lord had laid it on his heart for someone to head up an intercessory ministry.  I had been keeping my eyes and ears open for whatspecific role God had for me in the new church, and the pastor’s request resonated immediately.   I prayed about it for confirmation, and stepped up the following Sunday to take it on.

The first thing I did was to pray about this intercessory team and ask the Lord to show me from the Word what intercession was all about.  Secondly I prayed for Him to assemble together (by calling) those He wanted on this team, and send them to me.  Meanwhile  I prayed, studied, and wrote down all the Lord was teaching me about intercessory prayer.  Week by week, one at  time, (separately) the Lord led 7 others to join the endeavor.   I made copies of what I had learned about intercession and either mailed or e-mailed that to each one.  This was not like the prayer chain concept.  This was a group meant to lift up the church itself, the leadership, and of course, also pray for any other needs conveyed to us via the leadership.  It just so worked out that no one but myself even knew who was on the team, not even the team-members knew who the others were.  Looking back it was strange none of the team even asked me who else was doing it.  Well, it was a good system.  That way, no gossip!  You just went and prayed ”in your prayer closet” and kept it between yourself and God.  Well it wasn’t long before the first monkey-wrench came flying into the works! It came in the form of my being confronted and challenged by an elder, who presumed to speak for all of the leadership and demand that I give him the names of who was on the intercessory team, and that the elders also know  what we were praying about.  My guard went up right away.  This had “satanic interference” written all over it.   As it turns out, it was the same guy I mentioned earlier (the “imposter”).  I did not agree, but since he was in leadership, and made an issue of it, I capitulated, against my own better judgment.  It led to exactly the problems I’d hoped to avoid by keeping everyone anonymous.  The other leaders couldn’t understand why the change, so I knew then, he’d misrepresented his demand as having come from the whole of leadership.   (I later learned this was not the first time he’d spoken out of turn, nor stirred up trouble with a female in the church.  It was a power thing).   He epitomized the fairly new believer placed in the role of elder prematurely in His Spiritual walk, who grew arrogant and misused the authority of the position. (See I Timothy 3:6)  This threatened to drive a wedge between me and the leadership.

As you can imagine, we dealt with serious and sensitive information.  And something got back to me that only someone on intercessory team should have known about.  Only, it came via someone NOT on the team.  That shattered the trust factor within the team, but I’m gettin ahead of myself. That actually hapened near the end of our time there, and was used of God for good in the final analysis.  There were a number of “situations” that came to light and sort of “broke open” during this period of prayer-cover.  It was a painful time for the body.

To be honest with you, I still have some unanswered questions about what I experienced during those 11 months or so. But it’s not unusual for God to take me through something and still be explaining it to me long beyond the other side of it.   Definitely it was spiritual warfare.  I got to know 5 of these ladies pretty well; they were sincere, committed to prayer, real “prayer warriors”, as many would call them.  Some were more rooted in the Word than others.  The more rooted they were, the quieter they were, I noticed.   There was one of them, who I had some concerns about, but I still knew God sent her.   I prayed one-on-one with 5 out of the 7 at some point during the year, and two of them frequently.  I trusted  them.  One of them I had known for decades, she was and still is, like family to me, as are all the body of that church.  One came from a “holiness” background, and practiced what she called a “prayer language”.  I’ve been around that in churches before, and pretty much accepted it, even experimented with it myself, but I have since searched that out in scripture and thus far I don’t see it supported there, except by abandoning context, so I don’t practice it.  (As for “tongues” and interpretations, that’s a different thing and I’ve posted on it previously).

Being the head of this team, I found myself privy to a whole bunch of “inside information”.  There I was again, facing the underbelly.  Not only that, but since I was the only one that the congregation knew was on the team, I got calls and requests, and people confided in me from every direction.  Not only that, but God had me in this unique position that only He could have orchestrated, wherein if a problem existed in a marriage in the church, I was hearing from both sides, and if a problem existed between two individuals or parties, I was hearing from both sides on that, as well.  I’m pretty sure not even the pastor or elders knew some of what I knew.  Here I was, a relative outsider compared to the long history of most of the others, without some of the biases and baggage, and God sort of raised me to a place I could see a “big picture” version of things.

Now, I’m a nurse by trade, and we nurses are fixers.  It was hard to pray, and not be tempted to try to play reconciler or mediator. Having been the victim of painful church gossip, I was ultra-careful to guard my tongue, and it was a stressful walk on eggshells for a long period.

I prayed, and prayed some more.  I prayed for the church body (local and corporate), for our country, for the individuals, for myself, and continued to maintain a schedule of regular fasting days, just to maintain “cover” in this spiritual warfare.  There also came to light a history of an incident wherein one of the young adults, had experienced an encounter with a demonic entity in that building when she was about 13.  I got bits and pieces of this account from 4 different first-hand  sources, including the “girl” who by that time, was 21, her mother (on separate occasion) and the church secretary who was one of the intercessors.  The young girl and a few other kids had been upstairs, when adults downstairs heard screams.  When one adult got up there and asked what was wrong, the kids told  her they had seen this scary man who had appeared and talked to them.  The young girl (now 21) told me she had asked “it” “what’s your name” and it gave her a name, which she still remembered and which she told me.  I will not name it, but I went home and did a search , and found several instances of the name, always a demonic being, either on fan-fiction pages, dark comic-type things, or sites that had mystic and occult themes.  In Wikipedia, I found the name belonging to an obscure demigod in mythological lore.

I  later learned that 2 others in the intercessory team had been there years ago one day when another lady had spent several hours in the chapel upstairs, praying with a lady, “casting out a demon”.  This ”session” went on for several hours, apparently.  The two ladies both said they were not real comfortable about being in on it at the time, but the lady sort of didn’t give them much choice.  This happened before the kids saw the “entity”.  To top that off, the praise leader told us that when he came in early on practice nights to turn on all the lights, it was not uncommon for him to “see a dark figure running from the stage as the lights came on.  He said at first he thought someone was in the building but when he searched, no one was there and that after a while he just got used to it.  Several of this church were exiles from previous church splits where the  leaders had subscribed to  Word-Faith and “New Apostolic” leanings.  Unlike a lot of people these days, I don’t believe in going around rebuking Satan.  Jesus when he walked this Earth as a human, and the Apostles never engaged Satan directly.  Jesus just quoted the Word, and the Archangel Michal said ”The Lord rebuke thee” (Jude 1:9).    Some of the apostles when they addressed demons, had the demons say, “Jesus I know, and Paul, but who are you?”.  In my opinion you gotta be a fool to tussle with the second most intelligent and powerful being in the Universe, behind God Himself.  There are a lot of places I will go, but I’m not going there!  The scripture gives us power to trample on snakes and scorpions, but not Dragons!

Well, I could go on and on about the bizarre stuff that was unearthed, but confidentiality prevents me from giving any more detail than that on the off-chance of somehow  divulging things that are private, potentially harmful to someone’s reputation and/or just better left unsaid.

Because all this was so heavy, and dark, I didn’t dare let down my guard in prayer.  It was constant. (Pray without ceasing).  I saw and heard things first hand, that made me know there were some spiritual forces at play that were definitely not the heavenly kind, and practices that, while they may or may not all have been harmful, simply had no basis in the Word.   I believe that God called the intercessory team together for a prayer cover that would see  that church through some treacherous spiritual “minefields” and  a major transition that took place during that time.   After being at this for many months, pressing through resistance, diffusing conflicts, and knowing way more than I ever wanted to about  duplicity and contradiction in the lives of some professing Christians,  I had begun to ask the Lord to release me from the role I was in, but it was a few more weeks before I felt Him lift the burden of it off of me.  We really could not remain there under circumstances.  I frankly knew too much about too many people there and that was emotionally too much for me.  I did not share 99 percent of these things even with my husband while it was going on.

Even before God had released us from the role He had us to play there,  I was laying in bed one night and was awoken by the Lord with a sense of urgency and the overshadowing presence of the Holy Spirit that was so obvious that  I was just overwhelmed by it.  With a real sense of “the fear of the Lord” I dropped prostrate onto the floor by my bed and began to pray.  I had a clear impression that some major and all-encompassing ”something”was heading our way.  It made the hair on the back of my neck prickle, and I  intuitively knew I needed to submit to the Lord in whatever was coming and let Him prepare me.  I didn’t know then, if it was something involving just our family, or something much broader, but I do know that my concern for this nation, my concern for the corporate church as a whole, and my kid’s future in this world, were weighing extremely heavily on my heart by this point.  This up-close-and-personal encounter with the Holy Spirit told me without a doubt it was serious business.  Not to over- dramatize, but what comes to mind is that passage in Revelation at the breaking of the last seal, when there was silence in Heaven “the space of a half an hour”.  I was literally rendered mute.  My husband was of course awakened by my movement, and knew I was praying. (It wasn’t unusual for him to find me on my knees by the bed in the middle of the night during that period)  When I got up, he asked what was wrong, and I couldn’t talk.  Even when I could speak again, it was not easy to put it into words.    Where I had always paid a lot of attention to politics, and news, the Lord placed in me that night, an insatiable hunger to study prophecy, and to follow world news, particularly in the Middle East and Israel, and understand it “through the prophetic lens” of scripture.

Here, 3 years later from that Holy Spirit encounter, I know that preparation (and all our first-hand eye-witnessing of disintegration in the church) was for “such a time as this” and I am equally convinced that the prolonged exacerbation of symptoms lasting several months the first half of this year, was instrumental in God’s plan for me to start this blog during that period of confinement at home.  The first thing I did was to post several pages of stuff I had previously written, and it just progressed from there.  Through this blog God has introduced me to other people whom He has called to do the same.

I am not a prophet. (Not the foretelling kind, anyway).   Some people at that 7th church tried to cast me in that role.  There is this hue and cry today, people wanting signs and wonders.  They want to hear some “anointed one” make pronouncements of “prophetic significance” over them, and “give them a word from the Lord”.   What I knew, and shared, was straight out of scripture, (that is THE Word from the Lord) but I guess they were not familiar enough with it to recognize it as such.  I had applied myself to prayerful study and seeking the Lord over the situation, and He gave me insight and answers.  Mostly I was just sharing God’s Biblical Principles.  But because they had been exposed to so much “New Apostolic Reformation” and “word-faith” teachings, it was like that was their only paradigm.  It didn’t compute.  I tried to explain the difference, and encourage them to go to the Word themselves.  (By them, I mean the intercessors, but in some cases the pastor, and the elders seemed unfamilir with basic scriptural principles, in resolving conflict, for one example).

To this day I believe that what happened there was God eventually got through to some, he removed others from that church, (including our family because His job for us there was done), and yes there were some who dug their heels in and deflected all reproof.  God also exposed my husband and me to what we experienced so that we would recognize subtle error for what it was (the little bit of leaven that has leavened the whole lump).  After that there was a brief period without a church home, and that is when God introduced us to Pastor Mike Hoggard and Bethel Church’s online ministry.  By that exposure, we learned what to look for when we searched a church’s website and doctrinal statements, and we learned a lot about the role the abundance of Bible “translations” was playing in the confusion.  God put Jeremiah 6:16 in front of our faces and in our ears again and again like a neon sign.  And that settled it for us.  I share all of this because I think there are a lot of people out there who find themselves in similar situations when it comes to trying to find a stable church that is grounded in the Word.  They’re growing pretty darn scarce and people feel torn between staying in a church where they recognize something isn’t right, but can’t put their finger on it, or they are getting tired of searching, church-hopping, and losing hope of finding a solid grounded church.

With new understanding, God led us to a Dispensational, Pre-Millennial,  Independent Fundamental Baptist church that sticks to the old paths, and has stayed with the King James Bible.  I’ve covered the King James ”debate” elsewhere, but in short, I don’t consider myself “King James only” but rather, “King James preferred”.  The issue in my opinion being that some versions of the Bible out there that started out okay, have grown more removed from accuracy with each succeeding “edition”, while some “paraphrases” take so much liberty as to omit whole portions and change meanings altogether, and since I have neither the time nor inclination to personally vet the nearly innumerable versions and perversions of the Bible, I stick with my old King James, and it’s the only one I recommend if I’m asked.  There are much more scholarly reasons, though, which I have heard and personally find credible, but since I am far from an expert, I will leave that to people much more knowledgeable than myself, to argue or defend.

As for the instances of “premonition” that  I experience from time to time, this is what I came to conclude:  I believe that God initially created us with much more “ability” than we have now.  Corruption equals loss.  With original sin, mankind fell subject to decay. We didn’t evolve, but frankly in probably more ways than we know, we have “de-volved”.  I think even at the flood, things changed in earth’s environment that may have altered some of our functional abilities and the way we interact with the environment.  That’s just speculation on my part, but I think we all probably retain vestiges of those earlier abilities.  Some of that “horse-sense” and “instinct” that remains intact and functional in the animal kindom.  I also think that some people have– not ESP–but a hyper-sense of awareness, and are ultra-sensitive in ways that cause them to pick up on and take note of details others miss. Sometimes it is just a nudge from God because we are not engaged, and paying attention.   And lastly, I believe that at times God does alert us to something that is about to happen, but it is not for the purpose of making us a spokesperson or messenger of God.  I think it is often because He plans to use us in a specific way, in a circumstance He knows is going to arise, and because He has a role for us to play.  The “heads up” gets us ready, so that then when the thing happens, we are standing by with knowledge or experience that some person is going to need in order to avoid an error, or an accident, or harm; with comfort for someone hurting, because we know what it is like to hurt; or with encouragement because God knows that person can achieve or survive or overcome, and  wants them to believe it too.  That would also explain why the “knowing” thought occurs just moments before the event.

You might ask why, then, He would alert me my Mom was coming in the car, or that a man was in the woman’s restroom. The answer:  Training!  So I would learn to recognize and trust the prompting and the “knowing” when the crucial thing happens later, and respond accordingly.  God does not pour vast revelation upon people today.  His Word is written and complete.  But He is the head, and we are the body,  so it seems only natural for Him to send a “signal” to alert the hand about what He is getting ready to have the hand do.

Make sense?

Psychic stuff, divining, consulting “familiar spirits” are forbidden in the Bible, and so-called personal “words of knowledge” from the Lord via a third-party,  are not necessary.  God can speak directly to whom He wills to speak and doesn’t need you or me as a go-between.  But where do you think Satan gets his material?  He isn’t capable of anything original.  Everything he does is an evil counterfeit of something real and good.    There is a “speaking in tongues” out there that is demonic.  If there is, in this present dispensation a version of it which is ”of God”, I can only say, I have not witnessed it, He didn’t give it to me, and the scripture does indeed say “tongues will cease” and prophecies “will fail” (I Corinthians 13:8).  However, this close to the Tribulation, and Daniels seventieth week (the return to God’s dealings with Israel) if it is going to happen again, it will be  in relation to, and preparation for that.  It’s not for me to worry about, but I will warn people the counterfeit version of it is rampant in the church today and people seeking signs and wonders are falling prey, and getting drawn into demonic manifestations and worse.  That is probably what invited the demonic manifestations in Church  I believe ther#7 and part of the purpose for the intercessory team and all that prayer was for routing it out, not by confrontation and rebuke: Not by might, nor by power, but by MY Spirit, saith the Lord”.

I was never more relieved to be released from a God-given assignment, even though I knew there were good and sincere people whom I loved that were still mixed up in it.   I trust the Lord to lead them out in His time, as long as they remain sincere in seeking Him, He will lead them to  truth and understanding.

When I read Ezekiel 1 the other day and started writing about all of this, I continued over to chapter 3, and  saw that I had bracketed verse 21 and written a date in the outer margin that was about the time when we left that troubled last church.  It says “Nevertheless, if thou warn the righteous that the righteous man sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.  Backing up, verse 20 talks about “when a righteous man turns from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die because thou has not given him warning”.  The date in the margin was 2/7//11. Incidentally 2 is a number associated in the Scriptures with division and unity.  7 is the number of completion.  And 11 is a number associated with judgment.  This is not numerology.  I am referring to documented patterns in the King James Bible. The date God directed my attention to this seemed to confirm it had to do with that experience.   There was a division in that church.  There was a sincere love of the Lord, and desire to be in His will, yet it was contaminated by the presence of some prideful issues, error mixed in with truth, and history of influences that were less than holy.  God was trying to call them back. Verse 22 begins telling of a time when the hand of the Lord was upon Ezekiel because He had a warning for Ezekiel to deliver, and him falling on his face before the Lord.  Then verse 24 says “Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thy house.  And verse 26b is underlined:   ”and I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth and thou shalt be dumb and shall not be to them a reprover, for they are a rebellious house. (In other words, though God sent Ezekiel as a reprover, the would not receive the warning)  27: But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say to them, Thus saith the Lord, He that heareth, let Him hear; and he that forebeareth, let him forebear, for they are a rebellious house”  God directed me to this passage right after we  had left.    I believe God led me to this passage as a sort of “de-briefing” after that experience, to help me see in hindsight, what He didn’t deem needful for me to fully understand while I was in the thick of it.  There were issues in that church that needed to be addressed, there were warnings that needed to be given, and even some very serious and grave matters I would not dare mention here,  which God in His grace, was  bringing out of darkness and into the light so that truth could set some people free of bondage.

Even in Judgment, God remembers mercy!

The number in scripture associated with “A new beginning” is 8.  The church with the old paths, Church #8, has been a new beginning for us!

Angel in the Pre-op

Standard

While I am writing in the genre of interesting true storeies, another one comes to mind.  In December of ’09 I needed surgery on my back.  It was during another one of the times when my several medical conditions seemed to all decide to exacerbate at once, and I fell and ruptured a disk.  The orthopedic neurosurgeon who was to do my surgery, was highly recommended and very organized and thorough in all aspects of the surgery, from pre-op assessment, to follow-up after.  So on the week of sugery, he has the patient come in for their pre0-op work-up, and a class with an RN, to educate the patients on just what they can expect, what to do and not do after suregery, and especially what to call him about in the days immediatly after. As a mom who isn’t done raising her kids,   I was very concerned about the risks of the surgery, as it would be the first anesthesia I’d had since the narcolepsy was diagnosed, and besides that, it was my spine!    The whole pre-op session was a couple of hours long, and there were only 2 other peope in the class who would be having surgery by this same doctor.  The older fellow introduced himself as Dr. Benjamin McDaniel, and he told us that he would be going to a local nursing home for several weeks after his surgery because he had no one to help him at home.  He was quite personable.   Everything about going to doctors is very anxiety-laden for me, since I have had years worth of bad experiences in pursuing diagnosis.  After the class, I went back to the pre-op testing waiting area, waiting for my turn with the nurses and doctor.  And Dr. Benjamin soon came in and sat down, and struck up a conversation with me.   He told me that I reminded him of his now-deceased daughter-in-law, whose name happened to be the same as mine.  He told me that his son and she had 2 teenage boys when she died, and that as their Grandfather, he had concerns for how they’d all fare after her death, because he felt that had his own wife died and left him with 2 teens, he wouldn’t have known how in the world to raise them right on his own.  But he went on to say, my son is a busy lawyer, but do you know, he made those kids a priority, and they thrived, and today one has his Masters and the other is working on his Bachelors degree.  Dr. McDaniel talked about his wife and how much he loved her and depended on her strength, and that she was his world, but that he had survived it when she too passed away a couplel of years back, and he’d realized life does, indeed go on. He knew the pediatrician who had cared for our first son (also named Benjamin) when he was born.  He also told me that our doctor had scheduled his surgery for the same day as mine, and that he had chatted with him in the doctor’s lounge only that  morning. When the nurse called my name, and I got ready to get up, I realized that he had held my hand the whole time we were talking.

A week later, at my follow-up appointment, I asked our doctor how Dr. McDaniel’s surgery had gone.  The surgeon said “Who?”  I said, “Dr. McDaniel, you did his surgery the same day as mine.  He went to the nursing home afterward,   he chatted with you in the doctors lounge a couple of days before…… The surgeon’s response:  “Never heard of him”.

Now,  I was at one time an outpatient surgical RN.  I know this for certain:  a doctor does not do surgery on another doctor and not remember every single aspect of that doctor’s case.  I left scratching my head that day, and wondering if maybe, just maybe, I had entertained “angels unaware”.  In fact there had been several other aspects of that pre-op test morning that were striking.  First off, I love to hear a bell choir.  When I had walked into the cavernous lobby of the hospital that December morning, I was greeted by the beautiful sound of Christmas carols played on the bells.  Also, when I had asked about seeing the anesthesiologist to discuss my fears about anesthesia with narcolepsy, the nurses had looked at the name and got dubious expressions, and one said, we will page and see if we can get him up here, but sometimes they are just too tied up to come.  But the doctor had come right away, and had pulled up a chair like he had all the time in the world.  When I told him I was worried about the anesthesia risks with Narcolepsy, he told me that he does it all the time, and he addressed my every concern, and even said, “Is there anything else I can do for you?”  When I said no, he shook my hand, patted me on the shoulder, looked me in the eye and said “don’t worry about a thing, you are in good hands”, then he left.  When I looked at the nurses, they were both standing there with their mouthes hanging open, and one said “I don’t know who you are, but we have NEVER been able to get that doctor to come up here to talk with a patient!”  And then later, when there was some missing records that were still needed for my pre-op file and had not been obtained, despite several calls on my part, I happened to know where my doctor’s nurse had gone after my class, (she was giving an in service on some new equipment” so I went in search of her, and not only did she jump on the phone and make a few stern calls on my behalf, she also gave me her personal number and told me to call her again if I had questions and needed anything.

And on the day of the surgery, after all that, I was totally at peace, and get this:  Usually I am an easy stick, but 6 nurses could not get my IV started, so the Nurse Anesthetist came in to do it.  She sent everyone else out of the cubicle and she spoke to me in low tones and said “I have never met another nurse who has narcolepsy.  I have it too, but I don’t tell anyone around here for fear they might think I can’t do my job”.   I can’t think of anyone I would want handling my anesthesia than another human being who has lived narcolepsy and would recognize right away if something narcolepsy-related was going on!

Isn’t God amazing?
